Bridging the Gap (Black Eyed Peas album)

}}
''Bridging the Gap'' is the second studio album by American hip hop group Black Eyed Peas, released on September 26, 2000. This is their last album as ''Black Eyed Peas'', before they changed their name to ''The Black Eyed Peas''.
The album had three official singles: "BEP Empire/Get Original", "Weekends" and "Request + Line", the last featuring Macy Gray. The song "Weekends" was later remixed and renamed "Another Weekend" for the Deluxe Edition of their fifth studio album, ''The E.N.D.'' Singer Kim Hill left the group during the year of this album but she is featured on the song "Hot", seen in the "Weekends" video and is the background singer in "Tell Your Mama Come". The album had favorable reviews, and currently holds a score of 74% on Metacritic.
